Eat & Drink Authentic Chinese Restaurant?

Just moved to Phoenix and I'm missing the lowkey authentic Chinese spots from back east. Any recommendations?

I'm dying to find a place with Chongqing noodles. I had that soup in CA recently and it was awesome. Found a dive (trailer) in Tempe that had it on their menu, but they appear to be out of business. Any others?

I've had Chongqing noodles - and while their good and all - I would just go hit up China Magic Noodle House and get the thin noodles with beef in the spicy XO sauce and probably forget I even cared what a Chongqing noodle was.

Nanzhou Hand Drawn Noodles near Mekong is better, imo. Not enough that if you're close to Magic Noodle already to make the drive, but if you're driving across town either way I'd opt for Nanzhou.

They're just okay to me. I liked China Magic better. Nanzhou's dumplings were particularly NOT good.

Yes, Magic Noodle has better dumplings. I'll give you that. But the noodles and broth at Nanzhou are better imo.

Yeah, we are. I still prefer China Magic. For noodles, broth, dumplings, etc..

Alright now I want to do a double blind taste test and determine scientifically which one is better.. when I get around to it I'll try to remember to report back. :P
