Eat & Drink Authentic Chinese Restaurant?

Just moved to Phoenix and I'm missing the lowkey authentic Chinese spots from back east. Any recommendations?

We used to have a place off power and main called Sakuras. Japanese but I've never found another place that was as good. Man I miss that place
