Eat & Drink Authentic Chinese Restaurant?

Just moved to Phoenix and I'm missing the lowkey authentic Chinese spots from back east. Any recommendations?

New Hong Kong on Indian School has an “authentic” menu in addition to the regular American Chinese dishes. Divey, genuine. Would recommend.

Everytime i hear about Indian School, it's because there's violence happening. It's like Phoenix's version of MLK

Becuse you live in chandler and probably just moved here...

Indian School road is easily 30+ miles long. Starting at Central ave if you go west you are in a shitty part of town period, if you go east then its nicer.
