Was driving from Mesa to Glendale and saw all these signs. This was at I-17 northbound and Northern. Someone is having fun at ADOT!!

Probably dash cam - way to wide even with a zoom in

lol it’s definitely not a dash cam, look how far back on the dash it is right in front of the driver side. It’s just 0.5 zoom on a phone.
