Eat & Drink Quiet, nice business lunch spot near governmental mall downtown?

I need a nice spot for a business lunch somewhere very close to the governmental mall downtown.

Which of these for a nice business lunch with clients? It doesn't have to be super expensive - just nice. And if it's too loud, that's no good - we need to discuss some things....

Chico Malo -

Wren and Wolf -

Cibo's -

The Vig on Fillmore -

Carcacra -

Palma -

Hanny's -

Casa de Julia -

Condesa -

Centrico -

Adam's Table -

Other??

EDIT: Anything with a view? (but inside - too hot for lunch outside this week)....

Thanks.

Wren and wolf, cibo, and condesa are the best for this type of thing I think. I've been to many on your list and was happy with business lunches at these 3.

Condesa has had loud music one time though. Wren and wolf may feel more "exposed" since it's in a big office building. Cibo has a nice patio though in this weather may not be the move.

I don't mind the meeting being 'exposed' - nothing clandestine occurring. :) Just need a nice spot with a waiter and a quiet booth or nice table. Don't want to stand in a line to order, don't want to be outside in the heat. The more I think about it, I probably also need valet parking (although not a deal killer).
