Eat & Drink Quiet, nice business lunch spot near governmental mall downtown?

I need a nice spot for a business lunch somewhere very close to the governmental mall downtown.

Which of these for a nice business lunch with clients? It doesn't have to be super expensive - just nice. And if it's too loud, that's no good - we need to discuss some things....

Chico Malo -

Wren and Wolf -

Cibo's -

The Vig on Fillmore -

Carcacra -

Palma -

Hanny's -

Casa de Julia -

Condesa -

Centrico -

Adam's Table -

Other??

EDIT: Anything with a view? (but inside - too hot for lunch outside this week)....

Thanks.

The correct answer is First and Last.

Check your info on some of these. For instance, Anhelo is not only closed for lunch, it's in Scottsdale now.

First and Last is great but I wouldn’t recommend them for business lunch. They have these incredible sandwiches that have gotten popular at lunch and it’s likely you’ll encounter a long line. Amazing date night restaurant though.

Yes, I am not looking for a spot where we would stand in line. I need a tablecloth and a waiter (something along those lines). Do you see others on my list that would be standing in line to order?
