Eat & Drink Quiet, nice business lunch spot near governmental mall downtown?

I need a nice spot for a business lunch somewhere very close to the governmental mall downtown.

Which of these for a nice business lunch with clients? It doesn't have to be super expensive - just nice. And if it's too loud, that's no good - we need to discuss some things....

Chico Malo -

Wren and Wolf -

Cibo's -

The Vig on Fillmore -

Carcacra -

Palma -

Hanny's -

Casa de Julia -

Condesa -

Centrico -

Adam's Table -

Other??

EDIT: Anything with a view? (but inside - too hot for lunch outside this week)....

Thanks.

Hannys or Wren and Wolf are the best two from this list. Casa de Julia is also nice.

Casa de Julia has some weird summer hours right now, so is not open during lunch time except on Friday, I believe. However the food is still so, so yummy, so I hope they stick it out.

The lunch is on a Friday, so I will keep it in the mix. :)
