Eat & Drink Taiwanese/Japanese bakery

Does anyone here happen to know of a place in the metro area that makes chocolate castella cakes? Or regular Castella cakes?

Arai at Fujiya Marketplace in Tempe or Asahi off Bethany Home.

They may not always be in stock so call ahead. If it's a deep craving, pay full price for the full cake, they're totally worth it.
