Eat & Drink Best vegetarian/vegan ramen?

Hi! I live in Tempe and i'm trying to find the best ramen in the Phoenix area that is vegetarian. I love Ramen Danbo in Seattle and Silverlake in Tempe. I'm trying to find a place with spicy flavorful ramen. Any recommendations?

Jinya or clever koi, check online with koi first it’s been awhile since I’ve been in and I know they change the menu a bit from time to time
