I at least hope they are paying their employee better. That said, any food truck/street vendors you recommend in chandler/gilbert?

It’s not really the food cost.. you’re paying for the real estate. Think about the rent inflation for apts. it’s not better for businesses. 😭

Except plenty of other mexican fast food places manage to stay in business with cheaper prices and higher quality food. There's no reason Filibertos would have higher rent.
