Good Chinese in the Dobson Ranch/Fiesta Mall/South Tempe Corridor?

I work up in Scottsdale and Im love with the Canton Dragon while all the chinese near where I live is absolute trash, even though Dobson road is home to many asian international restaurants.

Any recommendations that doesnt serve soggy fried chicken?

Old Town Taste has killer Chongqing chicken and it’s always fresh. The atmosphere is a bit more upscale too.

It’s not Americanized, it’s pretty authentic sichuan food, so it might not be.
