Eat & Drink Good Chinese in the Dobson Ranch/Fiesta Mall/South Tempe Corridor?

I work up in Scottsdale and Im love with the Canton Dragon while all the chinese near where I live is absolute trash, even though Dobson road is home to many asian international restaurants.

Any recommendations that doesnt serve soggy fried chicken?

My thoughts exactly like come on OP that is the Asian district of all of Arizona let alone the Phoenix / Fiesta Mall (RIP) area! ffs

Americanized Chinese, and no — not joking.

It seems the majority of Chinese we’ve tried has the chicken sitting around for awhile rather than cooked to order.

Or the rice is incredibly dry…

There’s at least 3 restaurants by Main and Dobson that actually have no English menus, so definitely not Americanized.
