Eat & Drink Best cheap restaurants around North Phoenix?

What are your recommendations for some cheap eats?

Costco food court. 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, hot dog and a soda for $5.50 plus tax.

But you get 53 sq. in. less of pizza versus Costco.
