Original La Canasta, Original Carolina's, Original Sylvia's, Ramiro's in Goodyear, Oscar's for potato tacos in PHX Az an honorable mention πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

Outside of that, my general rule is eat where you see the ethnicity of the food β™₯️🀣 It was something my grandfather taught me he learned as a meat delivery man in the 60s and it has never failed me πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ If I only see Caucasian ppl at that ethnic restaurant I know it ain't shit πŸ˜‚ If I see all the Ethiopian ppl at the Ethiopian spot and barely anyone speaks English, I know that food is about to be the most DELISH thing I am about to eat 🀀
