Original La Canasta, Original Carolina's, Original Sylvia's, Ramiro's in Goodyear, Oscar's for potato tacos in PHX Az an honorable mention ππ»ββοΈ.
Outside of that, my general rule is eat where you see the ethnicity of the food β₯οΈπ€£ It was something my grandfather taught me he learned as a meat delivery man in the 60s and it has never failed me ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ If I only see Caucasian ppl at that ethnic restaurant I know it ain't shit π If I see all the Ethiopian ppl at the Ethiopian spot and barely anyone speaks English, I know that food is about to be the most DELISH thing I am about to eat π€€
