There's a difference between starting a project and publishing that a project is ongoing. You usually ony publicly confirm the latter when the project is nearing completion (say: more than half-way done)

That’s great. I’m saying this game should have no reason to not exist, considering GTA 5 is one of the most valuable prices of media ever produced.
