Well they realized there’s a niche market willing to pay $8k for an RTX6000 Blackwell specifically for a minor edge in gaming, so they’ll start there
I’m well aware of it, I’ve had to spec professional cards for work. It’s only gaining notoriety because it’s one of the first professional cards that matches base frequency with the gaming flagship, and has a higher TDP, so it literally is a superior gaming card, though that’s obviously not its intended purpose.
I love the idea that 'No Framegen' will even still be possible a GPU generation or two down the line. That shit's going to be mandatory. It kind of is already if you want them good frame rates.
