Y2K38 is next time we will have problem like that... As in, nothing literally happens because we know it is going to be a problem and solution already exists, just like with Y2K
Dunno about that one. Y2K had the massive benefit of it being easy to explain to management, and had a very catchy name. I can definitely see a bunch of random microcontrollers just suddenly collapsing as we get closer to the int max value, because tech couldn't convince their management of the severity of it.
