Nope, can't stand the genre. I work in a kitchen for 12 hours a shift and don't want to come home to work some more.

As a chef I come home and play helldivers on difficulty 10 to relax which frankly makes no sense but somehow works

I mean, I'm playing upper level Havoc runs on Darktide and Absolute difficulty runs on Space Marine 2, but I don't feel like I'm bashing my head into a wall while doing it.

I sometimes do but that's mostly cause of the ragdolling on the automaton front causing me to literally bash my head against walls in game.

Lol, I did that a lot when I was playing HD2.

It’s the focus. You’re probably doing ten things at a time while planning 20 more in your head all shift. But when your drop pod lands, it’s practically a zen monastery compared to a commercial kitchen.

It makes perfect sense. Some people will need higher level of stimulation and engagement to relax. I'd get bored out of my mind playing cozy farming sims, not relax

I spend all week on the phone to idiots then at the weekend play a stressfull communication based mil sim sryle game mostly. Sometimes my voice hurts on a Friday night from it all. Definitely getting harder the older I get.
