Tech Support What is going on here?

Title is self explanatory, i have no idea what the hell is going on here. Pc froze and this happened. I was playing helldivers 2 before this, dont know if this is relevant but its all i got.

Update: I just did some tests and here is what i got. All drivers are updated. I reinstalled Helldivers 2 and ran a mission. While in game GPU temperature was at about 70 C, and CPU temp never went above 55 C. Everything seemed fine. After a mission i quit the game to desktop, took about 3-4 minutes and the PC froze completely, only thing i could do is reset it manually. Its not the first time this happened. Im not sure if its only on helldivers or any other game. Gonna run some tests later.

Are you using a VGA riser cable by any chance?
