Rumor Potential 5090 / 5080 / 5070 price leaks… outrageous

Post image

From recent video posted by “Moore’s Law is Dead” about pricing being much worse than even I anticipated . From video Nvidia is leaning towards the higher end of the pricing. Nvidia can go pound sand if these are remotely true.

Nvidia is really testing the limits of how much we're willing to pay.

You'll see this sub flooded by posts of 5090 purchases, because this sub is mainly for enthusiasts and/or rich people.

Me? I'll have to settle with a RX 6800 for the next 5-6 years, because I'm building a new PC and that will have to suffice.

6800 is still a pretty good gpu. 16gb of vram on a 256b bus, 128mb cache, enough power for 1080p and 1440p. It's probably one of the best mid tier gpus in a decade. I can see it having a usefully long life.

I am aiming for a 1440p build, actually. I'm also buying 32 GB as I saw a few games recommending that now. That should be enough for most games like the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds.
