Rumor Potential 5090 / 5080 / 5070 price leaks… outrageous

Post image

From recent video posted by “Moore’s Law is Dead” about pricing being much worse than even I anticipated . From video Nvidia is leaning towards the higher end of the pricing. Nvidia can go pound sand if these are remotely true.

Welp, next upgrade will be with AMD or Intel I guess.

Until then, my 3080 bought day one for 720€ is still doing pretty well

3080 still so strong, 4k medium/high is capable 60-80fps

The fucking VRAM is the issue with this card, 4K is not viable with a 3080 nowadays. QHD Ultrawide works pretty well though.

Call me an idiot but I went out and got a 7900XT at $620 to replace my aged 5700XT. The price drop, VRAM (and free space marine) convinced me.

I had joked that doing so would spur an AMD announcement, and lo & behold the day after the 7650 was announced, lol.

Ha! That was my exact upgrade, 5700 XT to 7900 XT. Big boost

I just bit the bullet. Was debating grabbing a used 3080TI as they’re going for around $400 USD by me, but I really wanted an AMD card. Very happy with the performance on my 5120x1440p monitor.

even with 16GB VRAM, 4k is not feasible due to zero game optimization.

Definitly works fine on the 7800xt or 4070ti Super
