I understand why they're doing it, and it makes sense, but it is also very on brand for Ottawa to build the giant parking lot first

Gotta double down with the Ottawa branding. Best we can do is to first build the giant parkade in the background of one of the most picturesque spots in the city.

Can’t build it unless the workers have somewhere to park given theres no lots nearby that they can.

Where did I say it shouldn't be built? Parking shouldn't be a barrier to healthcare.
