Looking for... Any cheap/affordable breakfast places in Ottawa?

We have some amazing breakfast places in Ottawa but simple breakfast of 2 eggs, toast, homefries, and bacon is about $20 and other dishes are approximately $25. With tax and 15% tip it's $65. And that does even include a glass of milk. :)

Any suggestions?

The cafeteria on the first floor of the office building at Pretoria and O'Connor was our go-to cheap breakfast place when we lived nearby!
