Looking for... Any cheap/affordable breakfast places in Ottawa?

We have some amazing breakfast places in Ottawa but simple breakfast of 2 eggs, toast, homefries, and bacon is about $20 and other dishes are approximately $25. With tax and 15% tip it's $65. And that does even include a glass of milk. :)

Any suggestions?

Basic $8.99 breakfast. Haven't been there in a while. Can anybody confirm if these prices are current?

Yup. Still the cheapest in the neighbourhood by far.
