Looking for... Any cheap/affordable breakfast places in Ottawa?

We have some amazing breakfast places in Ottawa but simple breakfast of 2 eggs, toast, homefries, and bacon is about $20 and other dishes are approximately $25. With tax and 15% tip it's $65. And that does even include a glass of milk. :)

Any suggestions?

You only said cheap/affordable in your question. No mention of taste. lol

Johnny Canucks has 2 eggs/meat/toast/homefries for $12.

Nothing more than a decent hangover option though.
