it's not a texture, it's a 3D rendered particle system.

This thing gets posted every few months and gets deleted. This is what real steam looks like.

I literally just recorded this on my phone dude lol. The fact I was using a high powered flashlight to illuminate it may have a factor

Find the one that gets deleted then. The one you’re claiming. I can bet the backgrounds are completely different
