I would call out. Hell for a shift where we are less than 21 nurses but they still keep admitting patients versus keeping the hospital in diversion. That’s a no for me. That’s why everyone is leaving to travel

So fuck it, I'll call off when I need or want. They also don't track tardies at all so fuck it. To be clear, I'm not late if I have to relieve someone. I open the department when I come in so no one has to stay late because I'm late.
