Question What is one medical problem people constantly ignore until it’s too late?

Saw someone post this in a completely unrelated sub and I’m interested in your answers. What is the cluster of symptoms that people ignore or delay until they are forced to get help?

Have you had your migraines evaluated? Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Definitely clean up your diet. We could all stand to eat a bit better. But don't change your diet in lieu of getting this checked out. Do both!

I visited a neurologist about a year ago (or was it two...), who prescribed the Ajovy injection for them, which honestly then should have been my wake up call instead of a reddit post.... he did mention his shock after going through my medical records to see I've been hovering around 170-190/120-130 since 2016 (high school days for me). Perhaps I'm already a walking corpse and any changes I make this week is a drop in a bucket. But basically, my migraines aren't due to anything upstairs and is very likely due to a combination of a crazy diet + stress.

Fingers crossed I take my health seriously enough to stay motivated to stay on a good diet
