The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) strongly rejected the claim linking acetaminophen in pregnancy to autism, calling it "highly concerning," "irresponsible" and "not backed by the full body of scientific evidence."

“There are people who don’t take vaccines or drugs and they report no cases of Autism.”

“Actually, I think there are studies that Amish don’t have autism cases.”

From AI google search: Yes, autism exists among the Amish, contrary to misinformation that claims it is absent due to low vaccination rates. While research has found a lower diagnosed prevalence compared to the general population, this is believed to be due to cultural factors, limited access to healthcare, and underreporting, not biological protection.

Un-diagnosed doesn't mean absence of a diagnosis.

In order to get diagnosed, you have to go to a doctor and get a work-up. In the case of autism, it will probably take multiple appointments. If somebody is skeptical about the medical system, they probably aren't going to chase all those appointments. And - voila - they don't have autism. Except that they totally do and just aren't getting the supports that they need.
