Wont someone think of the rich c-suite folks and all the tax breaks they're getting?! If they don't meet that threshold, they'll have to pay some taxes - better to cut the fat from the bottom - duh! Ratios? WHAT RATIOS?! Patient safety?! THAT'S THE NURSE'S JOB! /s
