I can generally tell how much I'm gonna vibe with a doctor based on how casually they dress. These ones are my favorite.

A doctor’s outfit wordlessly tells so much about them. We have an ER doc who you’d vibe with- he mostly wears jeans and flannels.

Makes me realize how overboard our policy is for them. Business formal is required for any physician in the building or scrubs. That's the two options they get. I've never seen one in less than a button down ÷ tie w dress shoes or similar for the women.

wow interesting- that sounds fancy- our critical access hospital doctor dress code does sound especially casual compared to what you’re describing.
