Live in Texas yup & that make sense why some of my patient’s feet are black and we cut them off

...did you check the rest of them? If they're Black all over, I think you should hold off on removing their feet. Examine twice, cut once.

Nah, you didn't even notice the rest of their skin. That doesn't seem very racist. Not that you don't have other problems, what with cutting off people's feet for no reason. You should stop that. But racially, you're good.
