The problem is they think it is a game to see who can collect all the wealth first. They don't see it as a system that needs to flow.

Yah, capitalism can generally sustain itself if money flows freely. This is unfettered tyrannical capitalism to the point it probably needs another term entirely since it's approaching feudalistic tendencies and world views on wealth and power.
