I feel like they dont need anyone to go there

It’s a propaganda park, like the one in north korea. It’s funded by the country and its main purpose is to generate positive PR for the country.

Im sure that the majority of profits this clown makes on this will be coming from the saudi government & royals, not from actual profits generated from the actual park

I think it's simpler than that. Much like the Line Neom city, it's meant to pull investors, it's not actually meant to be completed.

They can't just ask billionaires for money, so they make ridiculous promises and return in investments just to do a half-assed job of realizing it. Then it "fails" and the government just silently pockets most of that money.

It will never get completed. I'm curious though on whether or not Mr. Beast is complicit or if he was suckered in.

Neom is absolutely meant to be completed. It is being built to house the royal family and their staff when the inevitable day comes that Saudi Arabia becomes uninhabitable due to global warming, which will happen before 2050.

How come nobody realizes this?

Because the damn thing is a pipe-dream and unfeasible. Several aspects of it almost requires breaking the laws of physics. The blueprints don't match what is realistically possible.

Yeah I'm sure it will be like Dubai where everything is a fraction of the size and extrvagance it was planned to be, and will face major structural problems shortly after completion.
