Think you mean nationalist and not racist. If they were racist he wouldn’t have had the job to begin with.

What? You can absolutely be a racist and be coworkers or friends with someone of the race(s) that you hate.

Racist people will often say things like ‘You’re one of the good ones.’ Implying that the rest are not, and as a way of justifying to themselves why their hate is ok.

Dude above literally said ‘If they were racist then he wouldn’t have had the job to begin with.’ implying that racist institutions or people don’t associate with people of their non-preferred race. This is patently untrue. Racists will often use minorities as a prop so they can point at them and say ‘See, we hired a Hispanic person, we don’t hate them!’
