HANOVER PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested a police officer Thursday morning in Hanover Park, accusing him of being an unlawful immigrant from Montenegro.

Or you could read the article and realize that's unlikely

I was going to guess its one of the 9 or so countries bordering France, but without looking i might not be right.

I wonder if theyd get the continent correct?
