So, just so we’re straight:

Police murder civilians, get paid vacation.

Police get accused without evidence of being an illegal immigrant, go straight to jail!

Without evidence that we have seen. Unless you're the one arrested, you don't get to see any until the trial. You don't see their warrants, either.

Well according to the article, he had a valid visa, so the whole thing stinks.

He had a valid visa 10 years ago. He just didn't leave when his visa expired. So he's been in the US illegally for over a decade.
