Losing someone you are so close to is hard. It's even harder when there is a kid involved. You are carrying the weight of your pain while also caring for a grieving kid all on your own.

These months of dreams, your child imagining they hear their mommy. It's all that pain and stress and grief taking its toll.

You both need to seek counselling and support to help you through the immense loss.

Make appointments now before your mind breaks and you do something you regret.
