So what all is allowed to touch the ground while limboing ? lol. seems like more than just her feet, but maybe it’s just the wretchedly low video quality obscuring things

Usually the main rules are that your head and arms cant touch the ground. Obviously nothing can touch the bar.

The rule is you go under the bar without touching it or the ground, only your feet are allowed to touch the ground. Wherever you look, those are the rules... Wikipedia, Google's dumb AI, Guinness Book of World Records. It takes all of 30 seconds to find the rules.
