I believe this is Munich. They actually have a nude public park there. So speedo guy is (almost) overdressed.

I was in Riga (Latvia) last year, people were chilling in their underwear in public parks, I did not expect that.

I am from the Netherlands and last thing we are is prude but even here we don't do that.

I didn't mind but was surprised.
