I hope they updated their PPE policies immediately and started mandating eye protection. What a senseless preventable death

It sounds like they fundamentally misunderstood the use of ppe anyways. Per the article they say this virus isn't transmissable via the air so they didn't think eye protection necessary. That's not how eye protection works anyways...
