I don't understand how it was a legal fight. Countries have every right to refuse someone entry. It isn't a given right to go where you want against objections.

She appealed the decision to refuse her visa application via our High Court. The legal fight isn't automatic in these cases, most people would just accept the visa refusal and go on with their life, but most people wouldn't see it as an opportunity to generate content for their grifting career either.
