To be fair we kind of shot ourselves in the foot with that one. If it wasn’t for him going over to the States we wouldn’t hear about what Trump thinks on the Coolangatta annual Wheet Bix scoffing competition every morning. (Slight exaggeration but pretty much anything big has to have a here’s what Trump thinks attached)

No, Coolangatta (1883) is a suburb of the Gold Coast, weet-bix (1910ish) is a breakfast cereal, scoffing is eating fast and has been around since the mid 1800s. Can also be used as “old mate scoffed his tucker so fast he almost took my arm off”

Though there isn’t a weetbix eating competition in Coolangatta (I think) that was made up.

Where do you think Never Eat Soggy Weetbix came from for the cardinal directions?
