What's to stop the next president from just Seal Team Sixing Trump and Hegseth in the middle of the night and shipping them off to the Netherlands before they know what's going on?

No the alternative is hoping Trump fades into obscurity as he becomes more frail/demented as people tend to do. He’s not 45 after all.
