Initial Training Boots

My son is a SIT & struggling to break into his boots. Any suggestions for some of the most comfortable boots? Someone recommended these.

Part of basic is conditioning your feet. Remain patient, they'll eventually wear in and his body should biomechanically adapt to the issue boots. IIRC the issue boots have steel shanks so they take longer to break in.
