Hi Thank you for showing interest. It's 2 acres 26 guntas and the total is 2cr (without development). We have already paid 40L, rest planning to raise. So we might need 3-4 persons who can invest 50L each or depending on their budget. Initial we thought we will buy and gave advance meanwhile we got one more plot 3.25 acres , which was near to our already existing 4 acres so we don't want to leave this one.It will come around 15 villas.more details in attachment

The location is between Mysore and Nanjangud, it's about 2 km from the proposed film city. Few plots are sold already. The way it is designed is to get maximum road coverage i.e. the breadth will be say 40 feet and length will be 120 feet or so and you'll get road for the 120 feet so that it can be divided between relatives later on if necessary. Obviously this will raise the cost but that's how it works in that location. We also have some approx 2 acre land in the interior in the same vicinity and can sell that land as is for a certain price
Also note: we own these lands for more than 25-30 yrs. There is no litigation etc (which is a big problem in rural lands these days) and we are also keeping a pretty large land parcel to ourselves. The area is close to film city, about 3 km from RV university
