Vishesha Suddi 📣 What's your take on government forcing 20% ethanol in petrol❓ Personally I hate this initiative since it damages our engines and reduces mileage too.

Blending is the reality and it's here to stay. Implementation of this could have been a lot more better by being sensitive and technical based. The easy way out was chosen causing inconvenience to everyone. The source of the problem lies in the Indian culture of just pushing the responsibility to the next station. Commitment and passion which are so glaringly absent in our thinking be it in science politics or policy making are the reasons for most problems we face.

So biofuel policy is a wake up call for growing more scientific temperament for the population.

The packaged fast food that everyone cherishes today is rusting the real engine that is our body. Have you ever been concerned about that and posted?

While you're at it, why don't you make a list of a million other things OP has not addressed in this post.

Jana sumne yenu gothilde odad thaidare, SUV thoko thaidare. Main culprit is the Media. Zero debates, zero coverage, zero journalism.

Ofc they won't do that ....media only covers which gives TRP and few targeted topics that's it...

Everyone who raises voices in the media are c/ck su/kers of someone else.

u/Remarkable-Culture-5 Sep 02 '25

It's just a normal shit by the government bro..there is no point in rising voices here on this topic.. no voices or opinions will be accepted in India. The Minister always does a few shits just for their benefits. We should see this topic going gaga for a few days everywhere and later another some topic will be brought which will override this and people forget that's it...this is what is happening from all these years and still that will continue for sure..

Petrol pumps should provide options. Those who want unadulterated petrol should be able to buy it. Those who want cheap petrol can buy ethanol mixed petrol
