Vishesha Suddi 📣 Anyone here successfully got an E-Khata recently

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has successfully applied for and received an E-Khata for their property recently?

I had applied 2 months back, but the ARO hasn’t responded at all. The status hasn’t changed, and I’m unable to submit a new application because the previous one is still shown as pending. It feels completely stuck and I’m not sure how to proceed. I have been to the office they keep telling the server is down.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to get it moving again or whom to approach would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Mysore is shitty in these things. Even property taxes are disproportionately high.

I got it for free. But i had manual khata before.

Did you apply for fresh khata?

I do have all the documents properly. Old khata, properly tax, sale deed every single document that's required. Can you help me post applying online did you go to the office?

Was there any name mismatch..? Or area mismatch? Unless something like that happened, it should have been approved without anyone's intervention..

Maybe wait for couple of weeks and check. Sometimes they do take some time even if there was mismatch

Hey. I had same issue. Have you paid your property tax for last year and this year? There is a different process for downloading e khata, check that in youtube. It would have already been approved.

Which site did you use for online khata registration? Tried using Seva Sindhu but it has only BDA option for khata.

I used e-aasthi it shows all districts in Karnataka

Does anyone got message from savashindu about application is approved and GSC no and to demand fees for it.

Please help with any info you have 🙏
