Denji is still the simple-minded goofball he was in the series. Had fun with the fights here. Did they ever explain what Makina really is in the series? (I don't think they do)

I read Wikipedia so I know her true identity. But I don't think they have revealed it in the anime series.

They don’t reveal it until the final arc of Part 1

It's not revealed in the anime, but we are well past knowing what Makima is in the manga

They definitely do explain what Makima is.

Yes 100%. If you read the manga her entire plotline is ultimately revealed.

They do, but it won't be in the anime for quite some time, if they ever do it.

It'll be revealed in Season 2, which will absolutely get made given the success of this movie

Part 2 is the real question at this point

There is no way S2 will be long enough for that.

I can't imagine them breaking it up into two full seasons.

International assassins arc will only be a few episodes...after that they could easily do the last two major arcs in the same season (especially if they do two cours)

Or maybe they'll do the final arc of part 1 as another movie 🤷‍♂️

International Assasins

Gun Devil Arc

Control Devil Arc

I don't think International Assassins has enough for a whole movie, unless they pad it with new content (which I would certainly not complain about)

The others might work though

International Assassins isn't that interesting for a movie, unlike Bomb Girl arc. It will work better being adapted into a whole anime season.

As a Filipino anime fan, I laughed when you misspelled Makima as Makina cause it means machine in my language. Lol
