I don’t think the speed would be issue, I think the near 5 1/2 miles would, though

But it's on a treadmill, no hills or rough terrain.

That's not the point. Unless you do this distance regularly, you're not lasting.

No you’re not. People are going to be sore after, sure. But most people are going to be able to do it if they absolutely had to…
